About Nitin

As Managing Director, Nitin acts as a trusted advisor to organisations to lead and execute digital transformation projects and programmes. His work focuses on helping executive leadership and boards achieve their strategic objectives through the implementation of Microsoft Business Applications and other proprietary cloud technologies.

Nitin has been recognised for his empathetic leadership, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills. A graduate of the Universities of Bath and Oxford, Nitin received his MBA from the Open University.

Outside of work, Nitin enjoys watching live music and sport and tracking his fitness data on the nearest spin bike.

About Kate

As Operations Director, Kate oversees the day-to-day operations of Learning Five. She manages resources, sets goals and evaluates performance to ensure that the work undertaken by the business is of the highest quality. Kate does this by drawing on sixteen years of experience as a dedicated primary school teacher specialising in the Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1.

Alongside this, Kate works in schools enabling Senior Leadership Teams, teaching and support staff and relevant outside agencies to develop understanding and practices around the social and emotional wellbeing of children.

Away from work, Kate enjoys yoga, being by the sea and travelling with her family.
